In our work together, I will listen to get to know and understand you. We can explore whatever issues are coming up for you and what might be holding you back. You are the expert on you and I am your guide. I am equipped with a toolbox to help you gain new insights and perspectives, enhance the connection you feel between your mind and body, and increase your sense of satisfaction and fulfilment in your life.

Individual
Therapy
I offer individual therapy for adults of all ages. The decision to start therapy is usually not easy. Maybe you are feeling stuck, maybe you are struggling to cope with a change in life, or maybe you are having difficulty managing your thoughts or emotions. Whatever your reason, you are worthy of feeling better.
Counselling for
Older Adults
I offer counselling to help older adults and carers cope with the various challenges, both physical and emotional, that commonly arise for individuals and families as people age. I am also knowledgeable about, and can guide you through, the referral process for many programs and services in the Toronto area.
Getting Started
The most important aspect of any therapy is feeling comfortable with your therapist.
