Individual Therapy

I provide highly personalized individual therapy services for adults of all ages who are looking for support in navigating life’s challenges and uncertainties. In our work together, I will listen to understand and get to know you. We will explore whatever issues are coming up for you and what might be holding you back. We will work to identify your emotions and thought patterns and use these to better understand what you need to feel well. You are the expert on you and I am your guide with a toolbox to help you gain new insights and perspectives, enhance the connection you feel between your mind and body, and increase your sense of satisfaction and fulfilment in life. I draw from a variety of clinical approaches (e.g. AEDP, CBT, IFS) that are informed by theory in affect regulation, attachment, mindfulness, trauma, and neuroscience.

I welcome clients who are looking for long-term, short-term, or one-off therapy sessions.
